Base Salary
$126k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement marketing automation solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Optimize audience segmentation and customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud and related platforms.
- Architect data integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems using MuleSoft.
- Administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud configurations and maintain user access and permissions.
- Develop custom AMPscript and SQL queries for advanced marketing campaigns.
- Partner with global marketing stakeholders to deliver scalable marketing technology solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Marketing Cloud Engineers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership within engineering teams.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities and architecture.
- Hands-on experience with audience segmentation and customer data solutions.
- Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems using MuleSoft.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Salesforce certifications preferred.
