Base Salary
$149k - $162k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own architecture responsibilities and collaborate on holistic enterprise architecture
- Conduct architectural and code reviews for applications and ticketing systems
- Translate product and business requirements into scalable architectural designs
- Guide engineering teams through development lifecycles and best practices
- Architect enterprise solutions for internal systems and external partner integrations
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements for high-performance, reliable applications
- Define architectural roadmaps and build consensus across engineering and product teams
- Mentor engineers and promote technology best practices
- Balance strategic system design with hands-on technical execution
- Support end-to-end delivery of projects and technical initiatives
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience architecting and delivering software solutions and platforms
- Experience with React.js and TypeScript is a plus
- Experience with streaming platforms and event-driven architecture such as Kafka
- Experience with Terraform, AWS, and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end application architecture
- Expertise in service-oriented architecture and web services
- Proven experience building large-scale, high-performance transactional systems
- Proficiency in backend development with .NET and Node.js
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, DynamoDB, and Redis
- Strong knowledge of application security best practices
