Responsibilities
- Design and develop sophisticated web solutions using React with high code and architectural quality.
- Use TypeScript and JavaScript to create scalable, maintainable, and robust applications.
- Implement modern styling and accessible web content aligned with WCAG standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and participate in code peer reviews.
- Provide technical guidance, support, mentoring, and coaching to engineering and product technology teams.
- Contribute to agile planning, software analysis, design, estimation, dependency identification, and risk management.
- Support continuous delivery, agile process improvements, and product backlog delivery.
- Provide proactive technical support to customers and clients when required.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate key decisions, risks, and issues.
- Support global multilingual websites and migrations from legacy CMS platforms to modern headless CMS solutions.
Requirements
- Demonstrable expertise in React and front-end technologies including TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux and Context hooks.
- Advanced proficiency in CSS, SCSS, or Less and commitment to WCAG-compliant accessible web content.
- Experience developing data-driven, customer-focused solutions and large-scale enterprise web applications.
- Experience with web analytics platforms to inform design and development decisions.
- Understanding of Web 3.0 technologies, front-end interactivity including AR/VR, blockchain, IoT, decentralized networks, and AI.
- Knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns and the ability to apply them in development work.
- Ability to mentor engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Experience deploying cloud-based solutions using AWS and infrastructure as code with Terraform.
- Desirable experience with PCI DSS-compliant products and secure software products.
- Experience managing multilingual websites and migrating from legacy CMS to headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, Prismic, Sanity, and dotCMS.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, initiative, autonomy, delivery focus, and commitment to continuous learning.
