Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate in small teams with Pariveda employees and clients to solve real business challenges.
- Estimate work, gather requirements, develop and test software, manage projects, architect solutions, and deliver client outcomes.
- Develop applications using a range of programming languages, web technologies, mobile technologies, cloud platforms, and data-driven solutions.
- Use AI strategically to enhance client solutions while communicating its value, limitations, and ethical use.
- Create and present findings, solutions, and demonstrations to senior executives and other technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in a hybrid work model and contribute to continuous learning, community service, and company culture.
Requirements
- Software development or relevant internship experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable experience.
- Passion for technology, lifelong learning, and solving complex problems with innovative solutions.
- Flexibility and adaptability across changing clients, teams, and technologies.
- Strong professional communication skills with the ability to explain concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
