Responsibilities

Own the successful delivery of assigned products, components, modules, and features.
Design, implement, optimize, test, debug, document, and release scalable endpoint security software.
Lead design, development, code review, test review, and release-support activities.
Develop endpoint agents, backend-service understanding, Runtime Security/EPP architecture, product workflows, and Qualys platform integration knowledge.
Implement runtime threat detection and prevention, endpoint telemetry collection, monitoring, and protection capabilities.
Understand operating system internals, including processes, threads, synchronization, memory management, file systems, system calls, driver interactions, and IPC mechanisms.
Investigate and resolve issues reported by QA teams or customers in production.
Collaborate with QA teams on functional, performance, scalability, and negative testing strategies.
Work effectively with engineers, QA teams, architects, Product Managers, and other stakeholders.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation, or equivalent.
At least 4 years of software development experience with a strong system-level programming background.
Strong expertise in C++ and strong experience with Windows development and Windows Internals.
Experience designing, prototyping, developing, testing, debugging, and performance profiling software.
Experience developing software close to operating-system or endpoint layers.
Hands-on experience with Git, Jira, Jenkins, and CI/CD tools.
Strong understanding of operating system concepts, debugging, problem-solving, analysis, and communication.
Experience or exposure to endpoint security, Runtime Security, EPP, anti-malware, Linux internals, kernel concepts, macOS development, networking protocols, threat detection, containers, distributed systems, virtualization, databases, scripting, Java, or Golang is advantageous.
