Base Salary
$82k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build production-grade conversational and agentic AI applications.
- Develop Python applications using APIs, JSON, Gemini, Vertex AI, Google ADK, and agent frameworks.
- Build and troubleshoot CES/GECX integrations, modernization scenarios, and contact-center solutions.
- Implement tool and function calling, workflows, state and context management, and agent orchestration.
- Develop RAG and enterprise-grounding solutions over structured and unstructured data.
- Integrate agents with enterprise APIs, databases, CRM systems, contact-center platforms, and backend systems.
- Develop full-stack components required for customer solutions.
- Implement authentication, IAM, secrets management, and service-to-service communication.
- Deploy applications using GCP services.
- Implement agent evaluation, tracing, observability, guardrails, and regression testing.
- Diagnose production issues across agent logic, prompts, retrieval, tools, APIs, infrastructure, and distributed services.
- Prototype technical solutions, evolve them toward production readiness, and work directly with customer engineering teams to resolve technical blockers.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Python and software engineering experience.
- Experience developing Gemini and generative AI applications and working with Vertex AI and Google ADK.
- Experience with agentic AI architectures, multi-agent architectures, tool calling, workflows, and orchestration.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, RAG, embeddings, enterprise grounding, and enterprise integration.
- Experience deploying applications on GCP and understanding IAM and security fundamentals.
- Experience with CES/GECX, contact-center or CCaaS integrations, production conversational AI, and telephony integrations.
- Experience with MCP, A2A, streaming or real-time APIs, agent evaluation, and observability.
