Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain systems connecting IMC to exchanges, focusing on market data feeds and order entry.
- Implement and optimize execution logic in collaboration with traders and quants.
- Integrate FPGA-based systems and low-latency network solutions into the trading stack.
- Measure, profile, and improve system performance.
- Engage in the entire software development lifecycle and learn from experienced engineers.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of full-time professional work experience post-graduation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Solid programming skills in modern C++ (C++17 or later).
- Interest in software performance on hardware, including memory and networking.
- High flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Creative and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn, with an interest in financial markets.
