Base Salary
$180k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end feature development for customer-facing products.
- Make product and technical decisions shaping FleetWorks’ freight marketplace.
- Work directly with founders, customers, and other engineers.
- Ship new work daily and contribute to a high-ownership team.
- Learn from teammates and teach others.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional full-time software development experience.
- Professional experience owning end-to-end feature development on customer-facing products.
- Comfort working with TypeScript across the stack or ability to learn it quickly.
- Appreciation for solving complex problems involving thousands of agents.
- Empathy for users and colleagues.
