Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2.
- Design and implement batch and online processes.
- Perform coding, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Support application releases and production implementations.
- Optimize program performance and database queries.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Required skills include mainframe COBOL programming for batch and online systems.
- Experience with JCL, IBM z/OS, CICS, VSAM, DB2 database development, and SQL is required.
