Base Salary
$85k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and automations.
- Build and maintain UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and other ServiceNow scripts.
- Develop and maintain REST, SOAP, and other data-exchange integrations.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support platform security and compliance.
- Maintain documentation and provide end-user support as needed.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance is required on day one; TS clearance is preferred.
- At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is required.
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting is required.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules is required.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and secure federal environments is required.
- Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC is required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or System Administrator certification is preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, MID Server, and Discovery is preferred.
- Federal agency or classified-environment support experience is preferred.
Benefits
- Annual salary range of $85,000–$165,000.
