Base Salary
$96k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create end-to-end test scenarios, analyze results, and report defects.
- Define and execute test strategies, scenarios, and cases for enterprise applications.
- Perform various testing types including E2E, functional, exploratory, and regression.
- Implement and enhance automation frameworks for applications and features.
- Design automation solutions that align with CI/CD practices.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to plan and test new and existing features.
- Troubleshoot test failures and quality issues across services and APIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of QA experience with cloud-based CRM/ERP technologies.
- Deep understanding of testing methodologies including functional and performance testing.
- Experience with REST APIs and Postman testing is a plus.
- Solid user of Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
