Base Salary
$96k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and execute daily test strategies, scenarios, and cases across enterprise applications including Salesforce, Zuora, Marketo, and NetSuite.
- Perform end-to-end, functional, exploratory, regression, smoke, black-box, and data testing.
- Implement, enhance, and optimize application-specific automation frameworks.
- Design automation solutions that integrate with CI/CD delivery pipelines.
- Collaborate with QA engineers and software developers to plan, design, implement, and test features.
- Troubleshoot test failures and quality issues across services, APIs, and application modules while considering performance impacts.
- Partner with engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders to ensure enterprise systems and integrations are stable and release-ready.
- Recommend improvements to automation framework scalability, maintainability, and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of QA experience with cloud-based CRM/ERP technologies or enterprise application stacks, preferably Salesforce.
- Experience with software quality practices, including end-to-end scenario creation, result analysis, and defect reporting.
- Understanding of functional, integration, regression, load, and performance testing methodologies.
- Experience with REST APIs and Postman testing is preferred.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools including JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with Apex, SOQL, or other Salesforce developer technologies is preferred.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and automation solutions.
