Base Salary
$134k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build multi-sensor rendering and simulation systems for autonomous driving.
- Develop efficient digital twins from camera, LiDAR, and RADAR data.
- Ship scalable simulation software combining real-time rendering, NeRF, 3D Gaussian Splatting, and diffusion models.
- Collaborate with autonomy and safety teams to improve the realism and diversity of Waabi World.
- Conduct rigorous experimental validation and potentially contribute to research papers for leading conferences and journals.
Requirements
- Experience reading and developing production-quality software rather than only prototypes or proofs of concept.
- Experience working with large datasets for machine learning applications.
- Deep understanding of machine learning or neural rendering, including diffusion models, vision foundation models, NeRF, or 3D Gaussian Splatting.
- Experience designing, launching, and debugging GPU machine learning jobs in the cloud using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with efficient, maintainable code in Python and PyTorch.
- Proficiency in at least one native systems language such as C++ or Rust.
