Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Angular full-stack, multi-tier web applications for strategic and tactical Wholesale Lending projects.
- Participate in application feasibility analysis, planning, design, construction, testing, implementation, and operational support.
- Write software code daily and develop microservices and application systems to meet business requirements.
- Gather requirements from end users, design solutions, consult with technology groups, and provide user support.
- Automate code-quality, code-performance, unit-testing, and build-processing activities.
- Promote code into development, test, and production environments, provide production support, and submit change-control requests.
- Analyze complex application issues, recommend programming solutions, assess risks, and support compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
- Coach lower-level analysts and serve as a subject matter expert for applications development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of programming or development experience designing and developing multi-tier web applications.
- Strong Angular development experience, including Angular 10, 11, 12, 13, or 14.
- Full-stack web development and microservices experience.
- Experience with unit testing, automated code quality and performance, and CI/CD build processing.
- Understanding of relational and non-relational databases; MongoDB and/or Oracle experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems and the ability to write shell and batch programs.
- Experience with version-control tools such as SVN, Git, and Bitbucket.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Financial services industry experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with end users, manage changing priorities and deadlines, and demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills.
