Responsibilities
- Architect reusable, scalable test automation strategies and frameworks for web, mobile, and API platforms.
- Design, build, and maintain automated test suites for user interfaces, APIs, and backend services.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and optimize cloud-based testing platforms.
- Lead test data management, performance and load testing, accessibility validation, and continuous quality improvement.
- Mentor engineers, establish testing standards, and promote responsible use of approved AI and automation tools.
Requirements
- Strong experience delivering UI and mobile test automation using Selenium, WebDriver, Cucumber, Robot Framework, or similar technologies.
- Proven expertise in API testing using REST and SOAP with tools such as Postman, JMeter, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience with cloud-based testing platforms including BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, and Appium or comparable services.
- Experience with Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube, and modern CI/CD practices.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools responsibly with appropriate human oversight, governance, accessibility, and software quality controls.
- Development experience with Java, Ruby, Python, or similar languages is preferred.
- Performance and load testing experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, Performance Center, or equivalent tools is preferred.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, OpenShift, or Tanzu/Cloud Foundry and experience with DevOps practices, accessibility standards, and responsible AI are preferred.
