Responsibilities
- Build out Hegel, Antithesis’s family of property-based testing libraries.
- Develop open-source libraries for high-quality property-based testing across multiple programming languages.
- Work with Python, Rust, Go, TypeScript, C++, and OCaml implementations as applicable.
- Use AI-assisted development with substantial human review to maintain engineering quality.
Requirements
- Experience using property-based testing; Hypothesis experience is preferred, though experience with any property-based testing library is acceptable.
- Comfort with AI-assisted development workflows and careful human review.
- Familiarity with Python or Rust is desirable.
- Willingness to work in a variety of programming languages is desirable.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one programming language and interest in becoming the tastemaker for its Hegel implementation is desirable.
- Experience maintaining an active open-source library is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Nix is a plus.
