Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation test strategies and plans for SAP applications and integrations.
- Lead end-to-end SAP automation testing across SAP and non-SAP systems, including SIT and UAT activities.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA.
- Manage, mentor, and support a team of automation engineers.
- Integrate automation assets into CI/CD pipelines and manage version-controlled test assets.
- Oversee defect management, test life cycles, risk and issue identification, reporting, and testing metrics.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, stakeholders, and Test Managers to provide SAP test automation guidance and documentation.
Requirements
- Experience leading SAP end-to-end automation testing and testing SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP modules and processes including Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Finance, Procurement, Materials Management, and Supply Chain.
- Expertise with automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, Worksoft Certify, UFT, or TestComplete.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM/Quality Center, or qTest for test management and defect tracking.
- Experience mentoring team members and producing clear test reports and metrics.
- ISTQB or ISEB software testing certification at Foundation level or above, or willingness to obtain one.
- Eligibility for UK Security Check clearance, requiring five consecutive years of UK residency with no single absence exceeding 28 days.
- Flexibility to travel and work at different project locations.
