Responsibilities
- Propose, create, and enhance the project’s test strategy, including its test automation approach.
- Define and improve quality assurance processes based on project needs.
- Design, maintain, and execute test cases and analyze test results.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to improve automated testing tools, solutions, and coverage.
- Provide QA guidance and support to the team while promoting quality ownership and QA best practices.
- Build understanding of business, technical, and operational requirements and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Significant experience working in a QA lead role.
- Ability to derive test cases from functional and technical designs.
- Experience with TDD, BDD, and test automation.
- Knowledge of Agile SDLC and the QA role within it.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
