Responsibilities
- Lead execution of development-related testing and end-user engagement throughout testing phases.
- Evaluate business requirements and solution summaries to determine feasible, user-focused, and best-practice testing approaches.
- Create and maintain test plans, test strategies, test cases, testing matrices, and other quality documentation.
- Support stakeholders during UAT and other stages of the development and testing lifecycle.
- Test new integrations and troubleshoot existing integrations.
- Work with technical development and business teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues and ensure projects are delivered on time and without defects.
- Apply advanced Salesforce technical principles and contribute to new testing principles and concepts.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of Salesforce testing experience.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Advanced QA Lead certification preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification preferred.
- Experience with Scrum or Agile software development methodology.
- Ability to analyze projects and select the best test approach or methodology.
- Strong understanding of building and supporting scalable, reliable Salesforce Platform solutions.
- Demonstrated success leading testing for at least one large Salesforce Org.
- Understanding of UI design principles and best practices.
- Ability to communicate with both technical and business audiences and manage multiple priorities in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
