Responsibilities
- Propose, create, and enhance the project test strategy and test automation approach.
- Promote QA best practices and improve the quality assurance process based on project needs.
- Design, maintain, and execute test cases while critically analyzing test results.
- Provide QA guidance and support, build understanding of business, technical, and operational requirements, and promote value-add testing.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to enhance automated tests, tools, solutions, and test coverage.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders and actively contribute to resolving complex project challenges.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a QA Lead role.
- Ability to derive test cases from functional and technical designs.
- Experience with TDD, BDD, and test automation.
- Knowledge of Agile SDLC and the QA role within it.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including comfort engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
