Responsibilities
- Lead Workday test automation across HCM and Finance modules.
- Design and maintain reusable automation frameworks for Workday business processes.
- Automate regression, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios.
- Lead migration and stabilization of automation suites into client-owned environments.
- Plan and optimize regression testing and perform release validation for large-scale Workday programs.
- Validate Workday security roles, business process configuration, test data, upstream and downstream integrations, data reconciliation, and environment readiness.
- Define automation strategy, governance, script maintenance, CI/CD integration, and execution reporting.
- Lead offshore and onshore automation teams, review scripts, track defects, and report test progress.
- Communicate with HR, Finance, implementation, and QA stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Workday test automation across HCM and Finance modules.
- Ability to design and maintain reusable automation frameworks for Workday business processes.
- Hands-on experience automating Workday regression, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios.
- Experience migrating and stabilizing automation suites from vendor environments into client-owned environments.
- Strong expertise in regression planning, regression optimization, and release validation for large-scale Workday programs.
- Experience with Turnkey, Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, or UFT.
- Understanding of Workday security roles, business process configuration, and test data setup.
- Experience validating integrations, data reconciliation, and environment readiness during migrations.
- Ability to define automation strategy, governance, script maintenance, CI/CD integration, and execution reporting.
- Ability to lead distributed automation teams, review scripts, track defects, and report test progress.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with HR, Finance, implementation, and QA teams.
