Responsibilities
- Provide software development and IT implementation support for client engagements and internal projects.
- Contribute technical insight to multidisciplinary Technology Consulting teams in Greece and abroad.
- Work with Java/JEE, Spring Framework, web services, application servers, XML, XBRL, and UML.
- Supervise more junior team members and ensure work meets EY’s quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate with clients in Greek and English.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree at minimum, preferably a master’s degree, in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology/Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with Java/JEE.
- Knowledge of Service Oriented environments and Spring Framework, including Spring MVC and Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of SOAP/REST web services and application servers such as Tomcat or WebLogic.
- Knowledge of XML, XBRL, and UML.
- Knowledge of development methodologies such as Agile or RUP.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills in Greek and English.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills and the motivation to develop in an international working environment.
