Responsibilities

Drive the future of Cloud Infrastructure by leading strategy and execution across compute, networking, and resource orchestration.
Build a next-generation self-service platform to enable rapid and reliable deployment for developers.
Maintain high-quality standards for team deliverables and guide the team through high-severity incidents.
Improve observability and incident response processes while upholding reliability standards.
Participate in a sustainable on-call rotation and shape Notion’s reliability culture.

Hands-on software engineer with expertise in cloud infrastructure and large codebases.
Experience with cloud concepts, particularly in networking and compute optimization.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code technologies like Terraform or Pulumi.
Startup mentality with the ability to navigate fast-paced, unstructured environments.
Pragmatic and business-oriented, prioritizing projects based on business impact.
