Responsibilities
- Ensure quality standards across various projects by adhering to quality engineering practices.
- Perform manual testing to maintain software quality standards.
- Collaborate with QA team members, development, UI/UX engineers, and project managers.
- Analyze product requirements and develop test designs, including test strategy and test setups.
- Review all product artifacts related to testing.
- Participate in all quality engineering activities and work with the Performance Testing Team.
- Continuously improve metrics gathering and initiatives for the Quality Engineering team.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a security software product company, preferably in Identity and Access Management.
- Minimum of 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to build customer-centric use cases to enhance test quality.
- Experience working in a quality engineering team across multiple product lines.
- Test automation experience using tools like Selenium and languages like Python.
- Experience with Quality Engineering metrics and reporting for releases/sprints.
- Experience with Javascript and React-based frontend application testing.
- Understanding of agile development methodology.
- Ability to analyze incoming issues and improve quality processes.
- Outstanding collaboration and communication skills.
