Base Salary

$154k - $205k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical vision and architecture for major portions of the AI Workload Orchestration Platform.
  • Design and engineer frameworks coordinating models, agents, tools, APIs, and software applications.
  • Develop agent-to-agent, human-in-the-loop, context engineering, and reusable agent architecture patterns.
  • Build scalable data pipelines, enterprise data products, and reusable AI platform components.
  • Implement MLOps, LLMOps, deployment, monitoring, versioning, governance, observability, evaluation, telemetry, and performance measurement capabilities.
  • Design and implement RAG architectures and enterprise knowledge integrations.
  • Lead architecture reviews and cross-team alignment across infrastructure, software application, and enterprise teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Data Engineering, AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Experience developing large-scale data pipelines and distributed data-processing solutions.
  • Experience with Python, SQL, APIs, workflow automation, cloud-native architectures, RESTful APIs, and web services at scale.
  • Ability to independently drive projects from concept through production deployment, with strong systems thinking and cross-team influence.
  • Preferred experience with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain, Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Kafka, Delta Lake, Iceberg, Airflow, vector databases, semantic search, enterprise RAG platforms, MLOps, LLMOps, AI observability, evaluation frameworks, Responsible AI, data governance, and model risk management.
  • Preferred experience with FastAPI, React, Azure Cosmos DB, AWS, and Azure Cloud Platforms.
