Responsibilities
- Develop and implement software solutions for real-time sports market pricing.
- Collaborate with quantitative analysts to enhance market making capabilities.
- Own the software delivery lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Participate in technical discussions and design solutions with the team.
- Mentor junior engineers and assist in their professional development.
- Implement and maintain risk controls and decision logging.
- Track security risks and propose timely mitigations.
- Estimate tasks accurately and deliver them on time.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of industry experience in Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Statistics.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Proficient in building services with a modern OOP language, preferably C#.
- Understanding of performance, hardware, and lower-level memory management.
- Experience with GitOps patterns and CI/CD pipeline tooling.
- Knowledge of AWS and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Experience with relational databases and streaming technologies.
- Ability to document code and designs clearly.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
