Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot customer software application and system issues, investigate root causes, and drive resolution of systemic defects and software failures.
- Provide customer-facing support through the software ticketing system and manage issues through timely resolution.
- Deliver status updates and reports on critical customer software issues to stakeholders.
- Create, test, validate, and release Software Change Notifications and Key Feature Procedures.
- Maintain customer-facing documentation for externally released software features and functionality.
- Participate in software specification, design, testing, and documentation reviews.
- Support onboarding, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and product operation training for junior engineers.
- Contribute to projects demonstrating, evaluating, and developing software capabilities that improve equipment performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Travel domestically and internationally for customer escalations, training, product deployments, and business needs.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of software support and engineering concepts.
- Ability to analyze moderately complex issues, evaluate alternatives, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Understanding of customer requirements, business objectives, and organizational priorities.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members.
- New college graduate status.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
