Base Salary
$180k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design embedded firmware, application examples, and proof-of-concept solutions.
- Support Alif Semiconductor customers, including customers using Zephyr Operating Systems.
- Provide customer guidance and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to application notes, quick start guides, user manuals, and other documentation.
- Work with marketing to validate product requirements and review new product introduction materials.
- Assist with business development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- 8+ years of experience developing firmware and/or software for embedded products.
- Demonstrated experience developing device drivers and application software for digital and analog peripherals.
- Proficiency developing software for bare metal and real-time operating systems; Zephyr experience is required.
- Proficiency in C and/or C++ with sound engineering and software development practices.
- Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and standard laboratory equipment.
- Ability to work with both well-defined and ambiguous requirements.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Experience with IoT edge devices, ML/AI, image pipelines, power management for embedded systems, BLE, or 802.15.4 is a plus.
