Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain e-commerce website features, pages, and components using modern web technologies.
- Build responsive and mobile-first interfaces for product, category, search, and checkout pages.
- Integrate REST APIs, payment gateways, analytics tools, and third-party e-commerce solutions.
- Optimize website performance, page speed, accessibility, and SEO compliance.
- Collaborate with UX designers, content teams, product managers, and QA teams.
- Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and production defects.
- Conduct code reviews and follow development standards and best practices.
- Support platform upgrades, feature releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor website health, security, and user engagement metrics.
- Document technical solutions and maintain development artifacts.
- Perform cross-browser compatibility testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7 to 11 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and API integrations.
- Experience with Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Adobe Commerce.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles, SEO, and web performance optimization.
- Experience with Git version control and CI/CD processes.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
- Relevant web development certifications are preferred.
