Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers, marketing stakeholders, and creative teams to understand campaign requirements and integrate visual elements into HTML templates.
- Design and develop responsive HTML email templates from PSDs for desktop and mobile devices across multiple email clients.
- Implement dynamic and personalized email content using personalization languages such as AMPscript or SSJS.
- Test email rendering and functionality across different devices and email clients.
- Identify and resolve HTML and CSS issues during email campaign development and execution.
- Maintain ticketing updates, campaign data, timestamps, reports, and required process documentation accurately.
Requirements
- Any graduation qualification is required.
- Three to five years of experience is required.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 for responsive HTML email templates.
- Knowledge of email design, user experience, email deliverability, and email marketing best practices.
- Experience testing emails across different devices and email clients and troubleshooting rendering issues.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate and consistent coding and email rendering.
