Base Salary
$105k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, document, code, test, debug, and maintain production software for a remodeling project management product.
- Implement maintainable and flexible technical designs and complete substantive projects independently.
- Improve team code quality through code reviews, pairing, and direct knowledge transfer.
- Engage with usage data, customer feedback, and feature adoption to address product problems beyond individual tickets.
- Use AI-assisted development tools as a standard part of the software development workflow.
- Participate as a contributing voice in architecture and design discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience building and shipping production software used by real end users.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET.
- Proficiency in Angular and/or React Native.
- Proficiency in MongoDB or an equivalent document database.
- Proficiency in REST and/or GraphQL API design.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude, including the ability to explain practical usage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate on team-level decisions.
- Interest in understanding how customers use software is a strong differentiator.
