Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and architecture of New Relic solutions for large-scale deployments.
- Design and implement automated deployment solutions using Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on observability concepts and lead technical workshops.
- Provide advanced technical guidance during deployments and optimization phases.
- Create and deliver technical documentation and training for customer teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or senior engineering roles.
- Proven experience with core Platform Engineering concepts and automated infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in automation, scripting, and CI/CD practices.
- Exceptional knowledge of observability concepts and products.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong communication skills to influence technical stakeholders.
