Responsibilities
- Own all stages of feature implementation, from design to maintenance.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Development on technical design.
- Analyze complex problems to accelerate the path to robust solutions.
- Define and promote engineering best practices and coding standards.
- Provide comprehensive code reviews for engineers of all experience levels.
- Mentor engineering talent through structured mentorship.
Requirements
- 12+ years of proven software development expertise, specifically in Java.
- Extensive experience developing high-scale enterprise SaaS cloud applications.
- Proven track record of architecting and building high-volume products.
- Hands-on experience with open-source tools like Java, Spring, and MySQL.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Experience with AI-assisted development workflows.
- Proven mentorship skills to elevate team performance.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
