Base Salary
$95k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex integrations for enterprise clients and author advanced technical documentation.
- Own and resolve high-priority escalations from clients and peers, including critical troubleshooting and preventive tooling.
- Translate client and business needs into technical requirements and advocate for platform improvements.
- Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to Technical Services Engineers.
- Identify recurring issues and lead initiatives that improve platform scalability, reliability, and team processes.
- Analyze logs, data, and system behavior, including writing and optimizing advanced SQL queries.
- Maintain troubleshooting documentation and deliver internal training on technical knowledge and best practices.
- Collaborate with Onboarding, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and other teams across the client lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline plus approximately eight years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
- Deep knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem, SaaS platforms, and customer-facing technical support or services.
- Experience serving as a technical lead, mentor, or senior escalation point within a support or services team.
- Expert proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, FTP, and related tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot highly complex issues by analyzing logs, data, and system behavior and by optimizing advanced SQL queries.
- Strong problem-solving, de-escalation, communication, stakeholder liaison, and solution-architecture skills.
- Strategic ability to anticipate challenges, drive improvements, and lead through influence.
