Base Salary
$95k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex integrations for enterprise clients and create advanced technical solutions.
- Own and resolve high-priority escalations from peers and clients.
- Act as a key technical liaison between clients, Product, and Engineering.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to all Technical Services Engineers.
- Innovate to improve platform scalability and reliability.
- Author and maintain advanced troubleshooting documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategic improvements.
- Develop and lead internal training sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline plus approximately 8 years of relevant experience.
- Deep domain knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem and SaaS platforms.
- Proven experience as a technical lead or senior escalation point.
- Expert-level proficiency with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Exceptional problem-solving and de-escalation skills.
- Clear communication skills for translating technical concepts.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future challenges.
