Base Salary
$124k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead Google AI and data solution design for client transformation programs.
- Advise stakeholders on generative AI architectures, delivery approaches, and adoption planning.
- Translate business needs into technical solution blueprints using Vertex AI, LLM APIs, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Guide teams through prompt engineering, context engineering, and agent orchestration for scalable AI applications.
- Develop LLM evaluation methods, guardrails, and LLMOps practices for reliable deployment.
- Shape data modernization strategies across cloud platforms, vector databases, and digital tooling.
- Apply Python, machine learning, and natural language processing to prototype and refine AI-enabled solutions.
- Present technical options, tradeoffs, and implementation plans to clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate rapid experimentation cycles and support proposals and solution narratives.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or higher is required.
- At least 7 years of experience is required.
- Experience leading large Google Cloud AI and data programs is preferred.
- Experience delivering generative AI, LLM, and vector database solutions is preferred.
- Experience with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and Vertex AI is preferred.
- Experience using LLMOps, guardrails, and evaluation methods is preferred.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into client-ready narratives and coach teams through ambiguity is preferred.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $124,000 to $280,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

- The role requires up to 80% travel.
