Responsibilities
- Lead the development of algorithms for robotic perception systems in welding.
- Oversee research initiatives addressing complex welding challenges.
- Collaborate with teams to design and evaluate deep learning models.
- Drive the integration of cutting-edge technologies into real-world applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Contribute to strategic decisions about robotics perception technologies.
Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in developing machine learning algorithms for robotics.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with C++.
- Extensive experience with vision sensors and sensor fusion techniques.
- Proven track record of leading projects and research initiatives.
- Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced startup environment.
