Base Salary
$155k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Shape the technical direction of the Web Experience platform.
- Design and build end-to-end features integrating AI into product workflows.
- Scale systems to support growth in product usage and AI adoption.
- Standardize technical patterns through code reviews and mentorship.
- Collaborate with engineering and product leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Champion Samsara’s cultural principles in team interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of software development experience with strong programming fundamentals.
- 4+ years of experience with large-scale distributed systems.
- 4+ years of experience leading technical projects across multiple teams.
- Experience with AI coding tools and developer platforms is preferred.
- Strong programming skills in Go, Python, TypeScript, or similar languages.
