Base Salary
$180k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their workflows and pain points.
- Contribute to both the core platform and customer-specific integrations.
- Build and deploy AI-enabled applications and workflow automation.
- Translate customer needs into technical requirements and product feedback.
- Own delivery from prototype through production, including architecture and testing.
- Integrate with customer systems and cloud or on-prem infrastructure.
- Partner with various teams to ensure solutions are secure and operationally useful.
- Debug issues in deployed environments and drive fast resolution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with production-quality systems.
- Ability to apply AI and ML techniques to real customer problems.
- Experience in scalable system design and backend engineering.
- Comfort working across the full stack, including backend and frontend.
- Strong technical communication skills with various stakeholders.
- High ownership and ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous environments.
- Strong debugging instincts across application and infrastructure layers.
