Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own third-party AI tools connectivity end-to-end, ensuring secure authentication and data flow.
- Design and evolve the AI integration architecture with standards and reusable patterns.
- Build and operate custom MCP servers to expose internal tools to AI solutions.
- Lead incident response and troubleshooting for integration issues.
- Build automation and integrations using scripting and platform APIs.
- Integrate AI tools with identity, security, and IT workflows.
- Use AI to enhance engineering work and maintain ownership of results.
- Lead cross-functional projects from design through production.
- Mentor and guide other engineers in best practices and technical direction.
- Represent the team with stakeholders and external vendor engineering teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with production services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in backend languages like Python, Go, or Java.
- Deep expertise in authentication and authorization protocols.
- Strong systems design and troubleshooting skills across various services.
- Experience building and integrating with APIs and services.
- Grounding in engineering quality practices like automated testing and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol and AI-connector ecosystem.
- Proven use of AI tools to enhance engineering productivity.
- Ability to lead and mentor engineers and collaborate with diverse teams.
