Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered product features end-to-end from technical design through production and user-facing implementation.
- Build frontend, backend, and database solutions using the stated full-stack technologies.
- Implement full screens, reusable components, and user flows while optimizing performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with product leadership, design, and customers to gather feedback and iterate on features.
- Participate in rotating Support Engineer stints to assist customers and the support team directly.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional, hands-on full-stack software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js across frontend and backend development.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS.
- Demonstrated experience delivering full-stack product features from concept through production deployment.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered product features and enthusiasm for AI technologies.
- Experience collaborating with product leadership, design, and customers in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, ideally supported by a Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.
- Professional German proficiency is strongly preferred, though exceptional candidates without it may be considered.
