Responsibilities

Design and build agentic AI workflows for guest communication, operational decisions, and property tasks.
Own product features end-to-end and develop a deep understanding of the business to drive solutions independently.
Modernize legacy systems and redesign data structures for evolving product requirements.
Shadow real workflows to identify inefficiencies, workarounds, and hidden operational steps.
Translate complex operational processes into clean, production-ready software.
Scope, ship, and iterate on product problems while collaborating with internal teams to align product and engineering work.

Be a full-stack TypeScript engineer with experience in React, Next.js, and Node/Express, with strong backend depth.
Have hands-on production experience building agentic AI systems involving tool orchestration, evaluations, and multi-agent workflows.
Be comfortable with agentic engineering tools such as Claude Code or Codex and running multiple agents and terminals in parallel.
Be proficient with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and AWS, with experience in microservice architecture and resilient backend integrations.
Demonstrate strong product thinking, attention to user experience, and sound judgment about shipping quickly and safely.
Be able to plan work independently, communicate progress, and proactively flag blockers.
Have independent builder signals such as personal projects, an active GitHub, hackathon participation, or founding experience.
Have fluent English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Be authorized to work in Germany.

On-site Berlin role with a requirement to work from the office at least three days per week.
Candidates who need to relocate to Berlin are welcome.
