Responsibilities
- Own core components of the Flutter mobile app, including shared components, design system, state management, performance, and tooling.
- Build and maintain agentic and AI infrastructure, including custom MCP servers, a background agent platform, and evaluation and feedback loops.
- Integrate agentic coding tools into engineering workflows.
- Improve developer experience through CI/CD pipelines, release tooling, and faster feedback loops.
- Ship user-facing product features alongside platform work.
- Maintain the reliability of the existing foundation for the broader engineering team.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of production experience building mobile applications with Flutter/Dart or web applications.
- Daily, fluent use of agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or comparable tools.
- Strong academic background in computer science or a related field from a well-regarded university.
- Strong eye for design, including spacing, animations, and component consistency.
- Clear written and spoken English communication skills.
- Comfort working in an intense, fast-moving startup environment.
