Responsibilities
- Build and improve LLM-powered systems that support complex tendering workflows.
- Own end-to-end AI features from models or agents through backend services, APIs, and the TypeScript front end.
- Develop web application features using TypeScript, React, and Node.
- Design APIs, data pipelines, and backend services.
- Monitor, alert on, and continuously improve deployed AI systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data to translate business problems into shipped AI features.
- Maintain production quality through testing, typing, linting, and formatting practices.
Requirements
- Strong TypeScript, React, and Node skills for end-to-end web application delivery.
- 5+ years of experience writing production-grade Python.
- Experience shipping AI-powered features into production web applications and integrating research code with real users.
- Deep hands-on experience building and deploying LLM and agent systems, including RAG, tool use, multi-step reasoning, and evaluations.
- Backend engineering experience designing APIs, data pipelines, and services.
- Ability to work through ambiguity, make product decisions, and solve complex problems using data.
