Responsibilities
- Architect and ship scalable end-to-end product features.
- Design and deploy LLM-powered agentic systems for reasoning, document extraction, and enterprise process automation.
- Build and refine React frontends, backend logic, and cloud infrastructure.
- Apply reliability, security, and data-integrity practices to mission-critical AI solutions.
- Identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks and customer-facing product issues.
- Help shape the product and engineering culture as a founding engineer.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of production experience building full-stack applications with Python backends and React frontends.
- Practical production experience building and deploying LLM-based agentic systems or AI agents.
- Strong proficiency with Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Pydantic, and SQLAlchemy.
- Production experience with TypeScript and React for complex workflow interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as PydanticAI, Google ADK, or LangGraph, plus prompt engineering.
- Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure for production applications.
- Experience designing systems with high reliability, security, and data-integrity requirements.
- Preferred qualifications include LLM observability or evaluation experience, ERP or enterprise supply-chain integrations, document extraction or unstructured-data processing, and German fluency.
- Comfort using AI coding assistants and working with a pragmatic, ship-first approach.
