Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack features for the internal Black Net platform using Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Configure, integrate, and maintain AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor.
- Translate requirements and user stories into functional software with the Product Owner.
- Contribute to architecture decisions for ERP integrations, procurement processes, and other platform capabilities.
- Integrate AI coding agents and automated processes to improve software development workflows.
- Participate in code reviews with a focus on quality, maintainability, and scalability.
- Develop team best practices and agreements collaboratively.
- Share knowledge through learning sessions about modern AI coding tools.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of practical full-stack web development experience.
- Strong TypeScript skills and experience with a modern frontend framework; Angular is used, while React or Vue experience is also valued.
- Backend experience with Node.js and REST API design.
- Practical experience with NoSQL or relational databases, particularly MongoDB.
- Daily hands-on experience with at least one AI coding assistant, such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Codeium.
- Ability to explain AI tools and development concepts clearly to colleagues with different technical backgrounds.
- Hands-on attitude and ability to work independently in a small team with limited support structure.
- Very good English skills at least at B2 level.
- Preferred: experience in B2B, enterprise applications, internal tools, or ERP and HR system integrations such as SAP, Personio, or Workday.
- Preferred: experience with LLM APIs such as Anthropic or OpenAI, prompt engineering, AI frameworks, or background-process development and orchestration.
- Preferred: knowledge of Docker containerization and CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions.
