Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-stack features across the internal Black Net platform using Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Set up, configure, maintain, and integrate AI coding assistants and automation into team workflows.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to translate requirements and user stories into working software.
- Contribute to architecture decisions as the platform expands into ERP integration, procurement workflows, and other areas.
- Participate in code reviews and improve quality, maintainability, scalability, team practices, and agreements.
- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to help colleagues use AI coding tools effectively.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on full-stack web development experience.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and experience with a modern frontend framework; Angular is preferred, while strong React or Vue experience is considered.
- Backend development experience with Node.js and REST API design.
- Hands-on experience with a document or relational database; the team uses MongoDB.
- Active daily experience with an AI coding assistant such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Codeium.
- Ability to explain AI tooling and development concepts clearly to colleagues with varying technical backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently in a small team and help define development practices.
- Preferred experience includes B2B applications, enterprise software, internal tooling, ERP or HR system integrations, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agentic AI frameworks, background job orchestration, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
