Responsibilities
- Architect and ship scalable end-to-end product features.
- Design agentic systems using LLMs for reasoning, document extraction, and enterprise process automation.
- Build and refine React frontends, backend logic, cloud infrastructure, and complete user journeys.
- Ensure autonomous agents and mission-critical AI systems meet high standards for precision, security, reliability, and data integrity.
- Identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks and customer friction points while helping shape the engineering culture.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of production experience building full-stack applications with Python backends and React frontends.
- Practical production experience building and deploying LLM-based agentic systems or AI agents.
- Strong Python proficiency with FastAPI, Pydantic, and SQLAlchemy.
- Production experience with TypeScript and React for complex workflow interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as PydanticAI, Google ADK, LangGraph, or equivalent, plus prompt engineering.
- Experience designing and shipping mission-critical systems with high reliability, security, and data integrity requirements.
- Comfort using AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Copilot, or Gemini.
- Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure for production applications.
- Bonus: experience with LLM observability or evaluation tools, ERP or enterprise supply chain integrations, document extraction or unstructured data processing, or fluency in German.
