Responsibilities
- Build and maintain core platform components, including AI agents that capture data from inboxes, web portals, and connected sources.
- Design and implement production-grade backend APIs and services for financial operations workflows.
- Develop and operate LLM-based and agentic systems for reconciliation, data extraction, and journal-entry generation.
- Work directly with customers and design partners to gather requirements, shape the product roadmap, and communicate trade-offs.
- Contribute to hiring and help attract engineering talent as the team grows.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Hands-on production experience with large language models and agentic or autonomous systems.
- Strong backend development skills, including production-grade APIs and services.
- Experience building or operating AI-native operations infrastructure, such as for accounting, reconciliation, or treasury.
- Domain knowledge in private-market fund accounting, reporting, reconciliation, and treasury processes.
- Experience working directly with customers or design partners to shape product direction.
- Comfort with ambiguity and high ownership in a small, fast-moving founding team.
- Eligibility to work in Germany and residence in or willingness to relocate to Berlin.
