Responsibilities
- Design and build the agentic AI foundation underpinning the core product platform.
- Ship AI use cases directly into tax advisory workflows and iterate based on feedback from advisory teams.
- Own AI infrastructure end-to-end, including architecture decisions and production deployment.
- Work closely with tax professionals to translate domain needs into working software.
- Build production-ready AI features using LLM orchestration, agent frameworks, and tool use.
Requirements
- 3 to 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on shipping production-ready AI features.
- Hands-on experience building agentic systems, including LLM orchestration, agent frameworks, and tool use.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals; NestJS and/or React experience is a strong plus.
- A product-minded approach that balances business outcomes with technical quality.
- A university degree in a relevant field.
- A tech-first mindset without reliance on low-code tools.
- Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, or document processing is a plus.
- Background in tax, legal, accounting, or professional services is a plus.
- Startup or early-stage experience is a plus.
- German language proficiency is a plus.
Benefits
- Salary range of 60,000 to 120,000 EUR annually.
- On-site work in Berlin, Germany; remote work is not available.
