Responsibilities

  • Analyze and redesign Operations and Customer Success workflows using AI agents, setting objectives for autonomy and quality.
  • Develop, deploy, and manage production AI agents on platforms such as Dust and Claude, using metrics for benefit, usage, and scalability.
  • Curate and maintain high-quality agent context and knowledge sources across Confluence, Drive, and Salesforce.
  • Define quality standards, establish evaluation routines, and optimize prompts using user feedback and A/B testing.
  • Own CRM and AI-platform interfaces, automate data flows, and collaborate with IT to unlock additional data sources.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions and enable stakeholders in agent management, context, and evaluation.
  • Measure AI impact through existing time, quality, and cost metrics and use findings to guide workflow scaling.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to learn a new technical field independently and build production solutions used by real people.
  • Strong evaluation mindset with the ability to define quality standards and diagnose issues such as hallucinations, prompt drift, outdated data, and cost problems.
  • End-to-end ownership, prioritization, judgment, and communication skills in ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to read and adapt scripts and understand APIs, webhooks, automation tools, CRM data flows, and AI systems.
  • Confident English communication skills; German proficiency at B1 level is sufficient.
  • Practical experience with agent platforms such as Dust, Claude, or LangChain is particularly welcomed.
  • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript and familiarity with Salesforce architectures or BI environments such as Tableau and Metabase.
  • Solid experience working with scaled Customer Success or Operations teams.
