Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and database layers.
- Implement full user interfaces, reusable components, and complete user flows.
- Maintain and optimize the codebase for performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with product leadership, design, customers, and cross-functional teams to gather feedback and influence product direction.
- Participate in rotating Support Engineer cycles and work directly with customers and the customer support team.
- Build AI-powered features or integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver full-stack features end-to-end from concept to production.
- Experience building AI-powered features or integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Experience participating in customer support rotations or engaging with customers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field, with strong computer science fundamentals.
- Ability to collaborate with a Chief Product Officer and cross-functional teams to influence product direction.
Benefits
- Salary range of €66,000–€120,000 annually.
- Visa sponsorship is available.
- On-site in Berlin, Germany with full-time, in-person attendance required; fully remote arrangements are not offered.
